in 1990. The house it set back into a hill side overlooking Narrabeen
Lakes. The client gave RFA a completely open brief to design an exciting
cutting edge design. RFA used this as an opportunity to use new construction
techniques. |

Completed
in 1992, this home is constructed on a steeply sloping site overlooking
Careel Bay. The floor plan comprises of two squares juxtaposed together.
The building form or tower accentuated the vertical aspect of the site
and the surrounding gums.

The
Porter House was completed in 1997 and constructed with a roof form
that resembled the classic Palm Beach house. The house was sited on
the escarpment edge overlooking Pittwater.

The Pokolbin House
was completed in 1986. It was constructed on a vineyard for two families
who visited the vineyard on weekends. It was set on a high knoll on
the centre of the vineyard.

The David House
was completed in 1993. It was a renovation of an existing house in Mosman
overlooking Middle Harbour.

This house did not
proceed to construction. The brief was to construct a classic Clareville
Beach house with open planned living area opening directly to the beach.
